The Place: The Sandpearl Resort

The beach was past the pool.  We couldn't get a shot with both the pool and the ocean.  We were on the 7th floor.

We were very lucky this year.  Since we re-financed our home were able to stay at this luxary resort.  The Sandpearl Resort (http://www.sandpearl.com/) was an awesome place.  Above are pictures from our condo's balcony.  

The pool was very large and surrounding it were palm trees, 2 restaurants, a bar, and an activities desk.  The activities desk was great!  It had everything imaginable to borrow.  Mallory asked for a noodle nearly everyday, Daniel requested a football several times, buckets and shovels were given out, and towels--as many needed--were also available.  The pool was Mallory's favorite spot.

Beach access was easy and convenient.  We simply walked through a gate and we weren't too far from the shore line.  The white sand was cultivated (right word?) regularly with water so sand never bounced up our legs.  AWESOME, right???

Other resort amenities included a full service spa, excellent workout/fitness room, yoga classes, room service, and the other usual stuff:  gift shop, high class dining, etc.
