Christmas with Papa Sammy

These kids acted like they didn't already have a big Christmas.  They were waiting on Papa to pass out his gifts.

Honestly, this has been the best Christmas ever!  It was the first time in forever that my entire immediate family was together--with no one else.  I loved it so much.  We were at my house so I didn't have to worry about forgetting anything or being late.

We ate crock pot bar-b-que and chips.  Melissa brought some ham, turkey, and dressing left over from their big Christmas meal so everyone was accommodated for.  For dessert, we had fudge, spritz cookies, reese cup cookies, lemon pie, pecan pie, and pumpkin pie.  It truly was a great time.
