Rainy day fun

We were lucky because Danny and his family were able to spend the last day and a half with us.  They arrived in Clearwater at the Sandpearl Resort on Friday afternoon.  We went swimming in the pool, ate pizza for dinner, walked along the beach (no sunset due to clouds) and visited the Pier 60 summer festival.

On Saturday we spent half the day inside due to rainy weather.  I thought we had fun in the condo.  I love the pic Melissa took of us hanging out.    Later that night, Melissa and Danny took all of the kids to a Quaker State restaurant.  She posted pics on her fb page.  They loved it!  Look at the pics and you can see how much fun they had.  I especially liked the toilet cars.

Daniel and I had a relaxing dinner with just each other for company.  It was nice.  Daniel met Robbie Loomis, a nascar person.  I ordered cheese sticks and afterwards we ate Italian Ice.

In no time, family returned and we tried to watch the sunset again but clouds were in the way--AGAIN.  Kids swam until about 10:30 and we tiredly made our way back to the condo.

We departed on Sunday and we were all said.  I think we all thought the same thing Little Danny asked, which was, "Can we live here."
