Yesterday was Aunt Shelley's birthday. Mallory loves her Aunt Shelley. To celebrate, I made a chocolate cake and Mallory decorated it. Mallory also bought a card and a gift from the Dollar Tree. She chose nail polish. She even wrapped it herself!My faith in my county's education program has been restored. I had a big IEP meeting on Friday and I believe we have made a lot of changes that will positively impact Mallory's school performance. Finally, we have a great team of people that truly care for Mallory and who want to see her learn, thrive, and progress-- both in academics and in everyday life. Thank goodness!
