Hamilton Update

Ugh, we have been so busy!  I've worked late for the past few nights as well as a few nights from last week.  I was also off a two days last week because Mallory had her 1000th ear surgery.  Here is a few highlights of the last two weeks:

1)  Me, Lealane, Paula, and Yancy have formed a team called "True Grit"  The YMCA is having a contest to see what 4-5 player team could loose the most inches.  So far, in week 3, I have lost 7 inches.  My team mates have also lost many inches too.  I am the team captain so I'm working hard at being a good role model.  I have seriously changed my workouts and have been adhering to a strict diet.  I am now lifting about 4 days a week and running 3.  At the same time, I am trying to prepare for the big March race.  http://gate-riverrun.com/

2)  Finalizing Mallory's IEP.  Done.  Thank God.  And to my satisfaction!

3)  Working hard at tutoring Mallory.  It is tricky because I think she needs a lot of play time while at home.  We try to fit in 2- 3 short study sessions.  Sessions include math, reading, and math.  Grades in all 3 areas have been improving.

4)  Just trying to maintain a clean house.  The dishes kill me.  Even on the nights that I don't cook, dishes get dirty.  There seems to be dirty dishes everywhere and in every room.

5)  Budgeting.  Daniel and I are in the process of moving money around, reviewing our budget, and setting up new payment dates/times.

6)  Work has been killing me.  I have been so busy, as all of my co-workers are.  It doesn't help that I miss a lot due to medical appointments, etc.

Anyway, this is what has been going on in the family.  Not much to brag about.  Hope things are going better for you.
