Before anyone insults me--Aunt Peggy--we make real homemade cookies. We use real butter, real sugar, real flour and real vanilla, etc. When the batter is finished, we flour the counter and place our real cookie batter onto it. We roll it out and use cookie cutters to make Christmas cookies!This year went a lot easier. Mom gave Mallory a cookie baking kit so she had her own tools and I had mine. I am so happy to be baking with Mallory and so proud that she enjoys it.
Hmmm. I saw the top pic load and I was about to show Addison when I got to the nasty comment aimed toward ME! I will have you know we are decorating cookies tomorrow, and I used real butter and rolled them out, too. (But I must admit I do not have the knack for roll-outs.)
