We Survived

Mallory started coughing some yesterday but it got worse this morning.  I was really worried that they wouldn't do the procedure.  Luckily they did.  We waited nearly 3 hours before Mallory was prepped for surgery so it was a long hospital visit. 

Surgery went well.  However, more fluid was discovered and it was suctioned out.  The cyst was removed.  A follow up appointment will be scheduled to monitor possible fluid buildup. 

Upon special request, we ate at the Waffle House before leaving Savannah.  I was pleasantly surprised.  Mallory ate very good!   

I know no pain was expected but I really had doubts.  She recovered as soon as we got into the car to leave.  She has been her "old self" since.
